For students
Have you ever considered who and how the laws and relations learned in textbooks were derived? Also, have you ever wondered how familiar machines such as air conditioners and refrigerators, PC software, smartphone apps and systems work?
The laws and relational expressions in the textbooks are all those that are considered to be correct in modern times, among those that people like you have spent much time for deriving them. In addition, familiar machines, PC software, smartphone apps and systems were developed and created by people similar to you over time. We believe that university laboratories are the place where we understand what kind of ideas were necessary, and what methodologies were used to come up with to obtain useful and universal “wisdom”, as actual experiences through “research” and where we can pass on the results and methodology of new “wisdom” to the next generation.
As shown in the laboratory outline and research contents, we are developing our own technology that makes full use of computers atomic / molecular scale simulation, numerical analysis, deep learning, etc. for "process using energy" and "process of heat and mass transfer". In addition, we are conducting experimental verification and new technology development on the simulation results.
We would like you to experience the joy of "research" to obtain completely new and universal “wisdom” that can be passed down to the next generation through the experience of doing “research” in our laboratory.
